With today's powerful computers and advanced computational methods, engineers and scientists are taking on the "Grand Challenges" of our time: Renewable energy. New medicine and healthcare technology. Cleaner air and water. Smart transporation systems. Weather and climate forecasting. Breakthroughs in these areas are accelerating, made possible by engineers and scientists using MATLAB and Simulink - mathematical computing software developed and supported through the collaborative efforts of more than 3500 MathWorks staff worldwide. In this session, attendees will learn about MathWorks, its products, and its people, and how they are helping to accelerate the pace of engineering and science.
